Specific Goalie Training 1. Teaching and fine tuning all aspects of the goalie position: fundamentals, technique, game situations, conditioning, mental/physical preparation, pre/post game review and having the right perspective 2. Top field players are used as shooters when needed to challenge experienced goalies and assist less experienced goalies 3.
